Anthony and Amanda are the Lead Pastors of CrossRoads Worship Center in Matawan/Aberdeen Monmouth County New Jersey. CRWC was launched in March of 2019 with just a few people in a living room and has now grown to several hundred members.
Anthony and Amanda are so grateful for what God is doing and consider it one of their greatest honors to pastor this growing church and lead people into a thriving relationship with Jesus Christ. Lives are being powerfully transformed and we believe it’s just the beginning.

Diane Demola | Apolstolic Elder
Diane Demola, co-founder of Faith Fellowship Ministries (FFM), played a key role in growing the ministry from a small group of four to a congregation of over 10,000. Alongside her late husband, Pastor Dave Demola, she also helped establish Faith International Training School (FITS), which trained over 1,000 leaders from across the globe. Diane was a regular instructor at FITS, known for her clarity, depth, and spiritual insight.
Renowned for her wisdom and prophetic voice, Diane continues to minister behind the scenes to pastors and leaders around the world. Following her husband’s passing in 2018, she remains active in ministry and currently serves on the boards of two churches. Diane is a devoted mother of five, grandmother to several, and great-grandmother to one, carrying forward a legacy of faith, leadership, and influence.
Margie Fleurant | Apolstolic Elder
Margie Fleurant is an author, speaker, and teacher on the importance of prayer in our daily walk in life. She is the Founder of Margie Fleurant Ministries. Traveling in the US and internationally as a keynote speaker, Margie uses this motivational knowledge to creatively inspire her audience of all ages in simple, understandable ways. With over 40 years of experience, Margie regularly speaks at churches, conferences, events, and seminars. Margie is the author of 9 books which includes Contend, Focus and Encountering God Through Prayer – these are available in bookstores and online. Michael Fram | Apolstolic Elder
Michael is a second-generation teacher and preacher with over 45 years of active ministry experience. Throughout his journey, he has faithfully served the Body of Christ in a variety of roles—including evangelist, Bible school instructor, missionary, revivalist, seminar speaker, prophet, overseer, blogger, writer, apostle, mentor, and spiritual father.
Carrying a seasoned apostolic mantle, Michael has been entrusted with three distinct ministry mandates:
To promote and support women in ministry, affirming their God-given calling and helping them walk in boldness and authority.
To equip and pour into the next generation of emerging leaders, following the example of his own father’s investment in him.
To foster regional alignment, gathering leaders across generational, denominational, ethnic, and gender lines to cultivate unity and advance the Kingdom of God.
With a heart for revival and reformation, Michael continues to raise up voices, restore foundations, and release destiny across the nations.
